Setting the scene: first time in Lisbon celebrating a birthday weekend. The management and staff are class and professional all around! On arrival our group were booked in efficiently and with a lot of smiling. Christina @ reception went above and beyond, very helpful. The team in the adjacent hotel restaurant, led by Marco & Romário were a delight. Seating outside is great. I must mention the oysters, ordered at every sitting so kudos to the chef & kitchen. Bedrooms are comfortable and no noise issues. Finally, the location is perfect if you are on a tourist trip, very central to most attractions. I’ll be back.
Watch out for dodgy late night taxis in the party zone of the city. Daytime , no problem and very reasonable prices.

Everything! Location on corner of Rossio square could not be better. Our room had balcony overlooking square. Room had all amenities - shower gel, shampoo, lotion etc, robes and slippers, coffee maker, and was very comfortable. Decor is themed on each floor and is interestingly and refreshingly different, invoking and air of fun. Breakfast was excellent. Despite TAP airline losing our bags we had a great time, thanks largely to the hotel staff - all so friendly and helpful, they are the flagship asset of this hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved the boutique feel of the hotel, the balcony overlooking the square, the water pressure in the shower, and the lotion. Also, highly recommend both breakfast and dinner. So good. Great staff. Also perfect location.

Lovely hotel in a very central location. All reception staff that we encountered were extremely helpful making our first trip to Lisbon a wonderful experience. Our rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. I would recommend this hotel to both leisure and business travellers.
The breakfast waitress told us of the cooked option - but never took our order. But the rest of the breakfast was lovely.
